Biography
Qing Liu, Professor of Shanghai University of Science and Technology. In recent years, we mainly engaged in food-borne pathogens hazards and control. In basic research, we focus on food-borne pathogenic pathogenesis, molecular mechanism of biofilm formation and Genomics of food-borne pathogenic bacteria. 10 Listeria monocytogenes critical virulence gene mutant strains including actA were established; as well explored the relationship between nox gene and biofilm formation and virulence regulation. In application, we have more than 3000 hybridoma strains and monoclonal antibody covering 14 food-borne pathogens, which laid the foundation for the rapid development of food-borne pathogens immunology rapid detection products.
